Cannot upload files after virus infection

Dell Vostro 260 desktop computer - core...

Specs: Windows 7 Ultimate Service Pack 1, Intel Core i3/2 GB

I recently got a new Dell PC with Win 7 installed. While transferring my backed up files from a pen drive, my antivirus (Comodo Internet Security) said there was a virus called Ramnit.K. I immediately proceeded to do a full scan and removed everything. I also ran Windows Defender and Malware Bytes which removed the infections and everything seemed okay.

However, it seemed to have already corrupted the programs installed like Adobe Reader, Nero, etc. so those didn't work. I decided I would wait out a couple of days and simply reinstall Windows again. Otherwise, my computer seemed to be fine.

Then I realized I couldn't upload any files in Yahoo mail or any other server for that matter. I tried disabling firewall temporarily, but nothing happens. I think the virus might have corrupted my Admin user account in some way.

I have run Hijack this and have a log. When I ran ComboFix, at each stage, I got a message saying "Windows cannot find 'NIRKMD' ". So I don't think the scan ran correctly.

Please tell me how to fix this problem, or do I just get my Windows reinstalled?

"Windows cannot find 'NIRKMD' "

You probably mean this.
windows cannot find 'nircmd'

"or do I just get my Windows reinstalled?"
Probably the best, make sure you delete the partitions before formatting.
