Maybe Internet Explorer is hi-jacked and being re-directed to a web page that no longer exists. Look in the Address Bar after running a search. Does the web address in the Address Bar begin with something other than google.com?

Can you get to other websites by typing their web address into the Address Bar (for example yahoo.com)?

Yes the adress starts with google .com and then the page says ' http 500 internal server error ....this website cannot display this page'

A mean even harmless websites like Cooking.com...

I have ran hitman, avira, spyware blaster, silent runners, malwarebytes, and reimage repair. Please, any ideas are appreciated! Thanks so much!!!!!!

Maybe something is corrupt with Internet Explorer. Which version are you running?

Have you tried another Internet browser such as Mozilla Firefox? You probably won't be able download it on your computer so you may need to download on another computer and save it to a flash drive or CD.

Is this a laptop or desktop? If its a laptop, bring it to another location that has Internet access and see if works on their Internet connection. This way we can try to isolate whether the problem exists with your Internet connection or with your computer. You can do this with a desktop computer too but it'll be a hassle to carry.

Does the Internet work OK in 'safe-mode with networking'?
