Welcome to the Dell Community,
With reference to your post regarding you not able to access programs because of Themida popups, I would suggest you to perform the following steps:
1.Try uninstalling “Themida” from “Programs and Features”.
2.Click “Start”, and navigate to the Control Panel.
3.Double-click the Programs and Features button.
4.Select Themida and uninstall it completely from the computer.
5.Then run a malware bytes scan and a super antispyware scan in order to remove any viruses and infections through “Themida”.
6.Please download malware bytes from the following link: http://www.filehippo.com/download/f...
7.After the scan is complete, click “Show Results” and remove all the infections. After the infections are removed, please uninstall Malware bytes the same way you uninstalled “Themida”.
8.Please download Super Anti Spyware from the following link: http://www.filehippo.com/download/f...
9.Please also uninstall Super Anti Spyware after the infections are removed.
10.Then Restart the computer once again.
11.These two scans should remove any infections from the computer. Please restart the computer after the scans are complete.
Please let us know if this helps.
Thanks & Regards
