Can these files be deleted?

I used housecall and it says we have the virus named "TROJ PALUKKA.A" on the following files:

C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\COLOR\colorsfx.exe\install.exe
C:\WINDOWS\runtime.exe
C:\WINDOWS\statnum.exe
C:\WINDOWS\sysbat.exe

It says you cannot clean this virus, so how do I get rid of it? Thanks!

reboot computer
press f8
until you get safemode
you should be able to delete them now

This is just a small addition to "?" post. This is the possible RUN keys that the trojan might plant the new sub-key in.
