can not get past login screen

on march 29th I was on my computer and viewed a friends pics on myspace and firefox gave me a warning of a potential threat so I ran a scan and antispy and got nothing then system started to lag so I rebooted and since then I am stuck at my login screen aka "login loop" I have tried everything I have come across online ~~I mean everyyyyyything~~ ...........so can anyone PLEASE give me more ideas ....i do NOT have a OS disk ...I did make the 4 boot disks and can get to recovery console
