Specs: Windows XP
Everytime I go to an Internet cafe I am afraid they can copyfrom my flash, when I need to scan anything on the flash, and I am even more worried because I am currently outside the USA, and people want any foriegn american information.
Please let me know if they are able to copy my saved work on my flash on their to their hardrive or any other device on their computer. In summary, is it possible to copy all the files or information at once from a Flash? Thank you. Cecilia.

Unfortunately if they want to copy what is on your flash when it is inserted then they can. There is nothing you can do to stop them. Whether they do this is more debatable as it would require software on the computers to do so.

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks

One vote for Derek, although the software could be something as simple as a script that's automatically launched when a flash drive is inserted.

If you are concerned about this, just don't put anything on your pen drive which is private or confidential or which contains personal or sensitive information.
