Every time i use ctrl+alt+del, i have to reboot because the system hangs except for the mouse.

Anyone know if its a VIRUS or a BUG ?

1. Update your virusscan soft and scan your
computer.

2. Do a search for StartupCPL, download it,
run it, and uncheck all the crap that gets
started when you boot, except for what you
need which should be very little.
Alternatively you could use msconfig.

3. Update all drivers to most recent.
ide/chipset, vid, snd, nic and whatever else
you are using.

4. Install all the critical updates on
windowsupdate.microsoft.com

5. Defrag your hd.

In ur case the chances of a computer viruses
are quite timid....
It could eithr be
1 : An application creating a problem
2 : A Operating system Flaw
3 : A ctrl+alt+del trapping trojan

DOWNLOAD Latest patches for both ur OS and to be specific dld patches for Your Browser
in case 3:upgrade and install latest antivirus onto ur system ...... and beware of any .vbs .jpg .hta extension mail's in your hard disk
