BSOD after virus

Specs: Windows Xp and 7
Hello, on my gaming computer i downloaded fraps and i got a virus that did something and restarted my computer. Now when i turn on my computer it gets a blue screen as soon as it hits the desktop. This also happens in safe mode. I tried to reinstall windows but for some reason my computer wont boot from a CD nor a USB stick. I went into the BIOS menu and changed the boot order to CD first then USB and i took my hard drive out of the order and now it comes up with an error saying "Please insert bootable divice". I know that the CD works because its the same disk i used to upgrade from windows XP to Windows 7. Its custom built so no shops will look at it and the builder says he cant do anything so i am lost on what else to do.
Here are my specs:
SilverStone 750W power supply
Asus P5E-VM MICRO ATX Q35 Motherboard
intel core 2 duo E6700 -2.66GHz, 4mb
Zalman Alcu APC cooler
Nvidia 460 gts fermi overclocked
Seagate 500GB hardrive

After my computer started doing the BSOD, everytime it starts up there is a new screen in the start process. I have never seen an ASUS screen when i turn on my computer but now its here. (just before the BIOS screen)

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks :)

Copy the stop message on the blue screen & search it in google. Also, reset the BIOS to defaults.
