browser hijacker

When i open up my web browser it changes from google to about:blank and windows keep popping up headed Network administrator important notice. I have tried cwshredder and hijack this but still about:blank keep on changing the web browser. Any ideas on how to fix this?. Regards Tom

I tried microsoft and several other removal spywear tools and to date nothing has worked. we need a special fix for this

Thank you guys for your replys. I have solved the problem by downloading Mozilla Firefox and using that as my browser. But i assume that the original bug is still on my pc somewhere. Can leave this bug or do i still need to get rid of it.
