Multiple browser windows popup and take over Internet Explorer. Disabled System Restore, rebooted to safe mode, ran CWShredder, ran Spybot, ran HJT, ran McAfee. Any help is appreciated!

Run spybot , turn on advanced mode and under tools them go to system startup and go thru that whole file and look to see if there are things starting that shouldn't be . You can highlight each line and to the right it will tell what it is and if it is needed or not and even if it was put there by a trojan or other malware.
