Hi,
I recently had to fix a friends computer. He had somehow gotten Personal AV on his computer. I had very little trouble getting it out, other than the computer being a Windows Vista (bleh), it seems to be running perfectly fine now. The problem is, he paid $80 for this fake program. Is there any way for him to get his money back?? Please let me know as soon as possible, thank you,

Tiff

Unfortunately, I think that you won't get his money back. But you MUST contact the bank, because credit card details could be sold to cyber-thieves.
