Boot up Blue Scrren Error XP

At the time of booting up windoes XP, i reach till the windows space and while, the quicklinks icons are loading, i get a blue scrren STOP error: " A string encountered a problem" and a STOP error at the bottom. It starts the dump of physical memory,counts till 100 and then reboots.
I still can run the system in the safe mode, i have already tried online virus scans in the safe mode, have also tried to fix up MBR by running in the recovery console.
