My friend has an external hard drive and it apparently has a boot sector virus. He tried it on his computer a while ago and it caused the whole computer to crash. Well recently we installed Unbuntu, a linux OS, on another computer and tried using the external hard drive and the computer was fine. Now my question is my computer has both unbuntu and windows vista. Will using the harddrive on my computer cause any problems for Vista OS?
