my laptop work properly i can go to desktop and can open or use some software but when i restart my laptop it wont boot up completely black screen. but then i have to wait an hour to use to run my laptop again. i think i have problem every time i restart my laptop. i need plss reply my post.
Possible hard drive failing, could be heat, could be malware or a virus. Is the fan spinning that keeps it cool? Have you tried a malware scan or hard drive diagnostic? As much info about your laptop make/model and things you have tried will help. I gather if you leave it for awhile it eventually does load into windows and work or is very slow when it does work?
toshiba satellite u840 model of my laptop, it works seems normal not slow when my laptop runs. but the problem is when i restart it it wont boot up not even the bios and i have problem with the heat too it seems not normal. and now its completely blackscreen.
