Blue Screen of Death (BSOD)

Running SBS2003 SE on PE400SC Off late i am seeing a blue screen of death, i backed up the data and reinstalled the OS but still seeing the BSOD. This is the error i am seeing Error code 0000007a, parameter1 e15f5d78, parameter2 c00000a3, parameter3 bf930588, parameter4 852f4860. I ran Dell diagnostics on this system on memory and hard drive but did not see any errors. I tried running chkdsk on this drive, since i have only one drive, chkdsk runs when the computer starts and it does not show the sumary of action, it ends with "... CHKDSK is verifying free space (stage 5 of 5)... Free space verification is complete." and does not print the information after this.
