Bloodhound.Morphine HELP!

few hours ago my computer just got infected by the Bloodhound.Morphine virus and it infected my C:\WINDOWS\_HOOk.DLL ,my Symantec antivirus detects it but it cant fix it, so i go to the symatec website and follow the instruction to remove the virus ,but when i do my full scan in save mode the antivirus cannot detects the virus. Then i restart my computer and found out that the virus is still there. somebody PLSS HELP ME !!! every time i try to open my explorer this error msg box come out:' c++ runtime error'. pls help me to get rid of this virus.

ya i did turn off sys restore but when i do my full scan in save mode the antivirus CANNOT detects the virus.

Has the file been quarantined by Norton AV??

Open Norton AV and look at Threat History - find the infected file entry and look at it's properties. May not have been deleted but may have been quarantined. If so, you can also delete the files in quarantine.
