My laptop has been having certain problems with the internet. When I try to check my comcast email it wont load completely because of errors on the page. When I looked to see what the problem was, symantic quarantined bloodhound.exploit.196. How can I fix this?

Thankss! I gave it a try but my computer wouldn't pull u[ the properties menu for My Computer. I dont know whats prohibiting it
