Bloodhound Morphine virus

Hi there, I'm new to this forum. ^^

I have a Bloodhound Morphine virus on my machine. It was detected by Norton Antivirus - but it was unable to repair it. I have quarantined it - but I need to know how to get rid of it. Can anyone help?
