I have timestamp and Capi2 issue with error 11 build chain consent.exe revocation server offline and other errors in CAPI2 logging anyway how can I repair without full restore or will a system image before issue resolve certificate and other registry handles/keys that were leaked or do I need clean install? I have tried several things sfcscannow found nothing wrong but I have slow boot with error 4107 and more when I enable loging in the event viewer.I have posted everywhere no help yet should I just use system image to fix?If any other info is needed just let me know also some people say this could be a microsoft issue because the link for the cab file always gives me a expired certficate to import.Could consent.exe be a virus?

Yes it is a Windows issue. Not just XP and Vista but 7 as well. You would think since this problem has existed in their software for more than 5 years it would've been fixed by now but it hasn't.... The link below is to the page in Win7 forum regarding the CAPI2 issue which turns out to have mulitple opinions and fixes. Some work temporarily but at the end of the thread there are a few explanations that make sense.
