Bloodhound Exploit 196

Specs: Windows Vista Enterprise SP1
I am having the Bloodhound Exploit 196 problem (continually creating and then reporting as others have described) and am trying to find which thread contains the step by step directions to get rid of this problem, but can't quite figure out which one to use...can you point me in the right direction?
