I have a dynex router, and I can't figure out how to simply block a specific port. The closest thing in the router settings is "IP address filtering", which requires you to input a LAN port, LAN IP address, WAN port and WAN IP address. I just want to block a specific port that the router's obviously not blocking. Zonealarm's blocking packets twice every second, so they're obviously going straight through the router. How do I simply do this? What would I input for the above four fields?

I'm kind of wary to say that on the internet.. >_> does it matter which port? it's in the 1600s range.

Yes it matters if you want us to provide the best suggestion. Otherwise you will have to figure it out all on your own.

You can use a port blocker.
