How do I get my computer to to have a desktop background image? Initially it sounds dumb. Display Properties>Desktop tab>select an image. However, something has locked it and prevents me from selecting any image, even the scroll tab of the images is grayed out. I even went into customize desktop and set a large image as a locked desktop item in order to bypass it, but one week later, even that died and has now been locked out. Anyone know what's up and how I go about fixing this since there's not really much discussion on this problem on the web?
