Hi,

I received a cd in the mail from a sender i do not recongnize, nor was it from a established, it was an address from a po box. There was nothing in the enevelop expect a blank cd. My gf put in the cd drive before I got home to see what it was, however she claims it did not load , it just kept spinning. Could this cd contain sometype of virus, can i check if something was downloaded off of it even though the gf says nothing loaded.

Sender claims to be KULP, PO box 2098, Nixa, MO. Stamp says it was printed in March, thats a few months since ti was sent or arrived to me.

Thanks,

I gather your curiosity got the better of you. Throw it away right now and start practicing Safe Computing!

Curious - would you also eat food offered you by a completely unknown stranger you met on the street?

I'd send it back. Return to sender, and cross out your address on the package.

Are you sure you didn't buy something from eBay, or an Amazon seller, etc?
