bios virus??

please somebody help! the boot sequence in the bios is changing randomly, the whole system resets itself, just suddenly, or it simply won't load the opperating system. I have both Linux (RedHat7.2) and 98Lite (Win98) on the harddisk...Is there a reliable antivirus or other solution?
