Have you tried removing the cmos battery? You have to wait several minutes for the password to clear?

You bought a computer without turning it on?

Call the previous owner and get the password.

every computer has a default pasword look in googles i have also herd that there is a program that will remopve this .
: If its a BIOS pasword, locate the CMOS jumper and short it across the middle two pins for ten seconds, put it back and restart the password will default to disabled.
: : I f a Win password, boot to an A:> with a start up floppy and change to C:, locate the files ending .pwl and delete them, probably in C:\windows\...restart and you will be asked for a new password, make one up and you will be in also search in www.googles.com

just take out the cmos battery as mentioned above. Some motherboards have a jumper setting that clears the CMOS so take a look at your documentation.

Should be easy.

OR crack it to use the default settings by using a program called "KillCMOS" you can git it here----> & its only 32kb! http://www.freepctech.com/pc/002/files001.shtml

It WILL show as a virus cause it acts as one but i know for a fact it is not! (the site will tell you this also... Good Luck Speedy
