biometric key stroke using virtual keyboard

I need to do user authentication using biometric keystroke dynamics program in Java in which user's behavior of typing on the keyboard can be recognised among others according to specfic timing parameter known as dwell and flight time..but the idea that I want to apply is using virtual keyboard e.g on screen keyboard as user can will user mouse to click on the keyboard instead of typing on the keyboard to avoid key logger attack but I don't know how to implement this as i 'm confusing myself in which java program will understand to virtual key board or will consider the clicking on the mouse as a normal pattren
