BIG problem with software crashing

hi, i have got a medion laptop that i recently bought and i am having major problems; i have installed nero software onto the laptop and for some reason it crashes every time it loads up BUT it loads up every time windows is started so i cannot get the chance to uninstall it. i wanted to know if theres any chance of wiping my laptop to reinstall windows as it was when i first bought it. i would really appriciate anyone to help me with this.

Just go into safe mode and run msconfig. Disable it from the start up items there.

Or, uninstall it while in Safe Mode.
