Hello,
I accidently downloaded a file streamviewer.40018.exe (thought it was a movie player), and then discovered that this was a virus (or spyware !), and since then I am still getting an error message whose is b.exe, and i am also hearing a noise similar the one you hear when following links on IE. Thanks for letting me know how to get rid of this infection.

download ccleaner.exe and clean the regestry then use avg free to scan after the reg cleanup with ccleaner.exe turn on your firewall only after you've done these two steps, and make sure it is turned off while these two steps are performed
