An additional firewall to check out:
LooknStop.
I liked it so much that I registered it.
It's a rules based firewall with application filtering, internet filtering(rules),a great logging feature.
It's light on resources and has a 30 day trial.
Check it out,you may be as surprised as I was!
It has two sets of rules included. The enhanced rules pass the stealth tests.
There is an excellent support forum at the Spyblocker forum site.
Works on dialup,cable,dsl connection.

Regards,
JB.

Hi
I use Zonealarm ( either free or register) and it has worked for me with no apparant problems ,if you register you get a few extra bits that are important and upgrades are on AUTO all the time. All the Web tests that you can use to test your firewall Etc. have proved that -I am a hard target- to crack

One of the best AVs is AVG by Grisoft.com and for a real firewall that works,I would try Tiny Personal firewall v 2.0.15a......
