Iam using win98.I want to install an anti virus software which can protect my system while iam online as well as any good Spy romover softwre.Plz guide me for the best one so that i can keep safe my system from viruses & Spys.
For anti virius i have also used Avg but i found it a average software.It deducts any virus but does't remove it even it is updated.

The best antivirus program according the testing labs is ESET's NOD32. The best spyware programs are Spybot and Adaware(both are free) and for active x Spywareblaster(free), these are all available from http://wilders.org. Make sure that you also have a decent firewall, Sygate, Kerio, Zone Alarm, Outpost all are good ones.

NOD32 can be found at http://www.nod32.com/home/home.htm Mozilla will definitely assist you in keeping your browser secure and safe from spyware and browser hijacks. NOD32 as an antivirus program will not be changed by what browser you use.
