Comment: A friend of mine is ALL OF A SUDDEN being swamped by Viruses - here is a list: Java/ByteVerify Trojan Horse Generic.DGV T H Downloader.Small.38X T H Downloader AST T H Clicker. AKW T H Startpage.19.AO T H Generic. KYC T H Generic. LOG T H Downloader Generic.LBC T H Downloader Agent.AXM T H Brian.Cum n Gone AVG (from Grisoft.com) can find them, and heal(?) them, but they re-appear the next time AVG is run - any ideas, please?

Reply: (edit)applet, Tell your friend to run the AVG virus scan in SAFE Mode. If any of those Trojan files are found in the System Volume_Restore folders he will have to turn off System Restore then restart the computer then run a virus scan in SAFE mode. If it comes up clean turn on System Restore again. Tufenuf
