✔ Best Answer
no need to panic.
Start with a full scan from Malwarebytes:
fix all it finds.

I would also suggest to dump Norton like a hot potato...useless at the best of sure to use the uninstaller from the Norton Website or nothing else will work on your PC.
Then I would suggest Avast Free:
IMO the best AV on the internet and it's FREE for home use.
Let me know how you make out with the scan

You say you can't get on the internet:
Open IE and click on tools/internet options/connections/Lan Settings and uncheck use proxy server.
Close IE and open it again and you should be online to download malwarebytes.
