Comment:

I just noticed BDE Administrator in my Control Panel, but don't know what it is. I did a search online, but can't seem to figure it out.

Does anyone know:
1) What it is?
2) If I should delete it?
3) HOW to delete it?

Thanks.

Rodney H.

The one associated with Kazaa, Brilliant Digital Entertainment is bad (of course) - the other BDE is the Borland Database Engine, and is legitimate. You appear to have the Borland one - don't worry (be happy)

If you get people asking the wrong questions, you don't have to worry about the answers

BDE in the control panel is Borland, it is fine, leave it alone. It has to do with paradox and odbc configuration
