are you sure its name is "apdoor.p"?
What is your anti-virus program?
First thing I would do, even more if its a backdoor, is to unplug the computer from the Internet and try to find a removal tool if one exists (usally when its a big virus).

umm seen this one before most antivirus soft can remove all of the ones..so u going to have to do it manually...use avg 6.0 so it can remove it or put in virus vault to stop it from spreading so u can delete it on next restart.

www.grisoft.com....avg 6.0 free ed insures 100% detection of any virus toejammer and worm.

good luck.

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE/Microsoft/Windows/CurrentVersion/Run

"<file name>"="%system%\<file name>.exe"
