Is anyone familiar with this virus (bat/delete 1096bc). My client states they have 3 systems in their office infected with this virus this morning. A Google search shows only one result and that does not provide any further details. Looking on McAfee and Symantic sites did not yeild any info.

You could instead try checking for the virus with free malware programs or online scans to detect the malicious script and give you info in that respect as opposed to a maybe incorrect / redundant virus name.
