Well after somewhat badmouthing avg for having so many updates I updated again and scanned and this is what it found,
c:\documents and settings\all users\documents\open_me.exe
I tried searching for more information about open_me.exe on the internet but doesnt seem to be a lot of information about the payload or just exactly this is besides a spybot.

I dont beleive it was ever executed but im not sure. Avg offered to move it to the virus fault which I did. Rerun the scan afterward and no detections found. Was just curious of the payload but cant seem to locate the information anywhere. I will now look at the websites you mentioned. Thanks

The thing with AVG is, it's VERY good at finding viruses, more than ANY of the other AV programs, but it has a MAJOR bug it just doesn't quarantine it for some odd reason.
There have been numerous remarks made on this forum about "WHY?!" it doesn't just quarantine them. I guess all programs have a known BUG.
