What type of Zip/Unzip software are you using? What happens when you attempt to unzip the files? If you get an error message, what does it read?

CRC = Cyclic Redundancy Check

It verifies whether the data has been corrupted or not. Downloads often go wrong, but sometimes the CRC fails for no apparent reason at all.

What kind of zipfile is it? And what are the answers to Jennifer's questions?

Your equipment is NOT at fault, and it's very unlikely XP is to blame.

Instead, make sure the version of the unzip-software is up-to-date enough to be able to unzip it. Try WinRAR which is the best zipper around.

Open the zipfile in the zip-program, and extract the files in groups, so you may be able to pinpoint the problem to a single file (might be a file you don't need)

If nothing works, then accept that this was a bad download, and try it again...

i did reinstall win xp 3 times

i tried with an old winzip 7

and with a recent Winzip 9

a tried autoextract winrar program (same thing)

i re-downloaded about 7 times the adobe premiere tryout from the adobe website

still same problem

the CRC is never on the same file name

can it be a new virus who is corrupting the crc while download or affect the checksum calculation when extracting ?

Well, the only thing I can come up with, is:
try to extract the files to the exact same path (check if there's a setting for it).

There's also an UNRAR program and a zip-convertor tool (RCVT) on the WinRAR site (>extras). Maybe they'll get lucky.

There might be commandline options or a setting to disable the CRC check. Have a look for it.
