Hello, You can try Trojan Remover 5.02, this program is a freeware for one month, but already downloadable with the most recent Trojan's signatures... around 6008. Trojan Remover at: http://www.simplysup.com/tremover/details.html

I was hoping that you could use you Norton procedures to remove it. After all, that program did identify it. Did you go to the Symantec website, and use their procedures for your specific trojan to remove it? There are many steps listed that you must do. If you did, then try SWATIT from the Lockdown Corp{free), or another trojan program available for a 30 day trial at the PC Flank website, like Trojan Remover, Tauscan, TDS. As someone else mentioned SOLO from srnmicro is also good at removing and repairing these.
If windows won't let you delete it, then stop windows. Boot the PC with a DOS disk and then delete it manually. Bypass windows and you can get rid of the problem that windows won't let you solve.
