Hello there, please forgive me if this is the wrong section, it seemed most relevant to me.

I noticed something was seriously hogging my memory or something as my pc was running really slow and you could hear it working overtime even when doing nothing. I ran McAfee 2007 and it removed 98 items and could not remove one of them, said it may be partially removed but not totally - c:windows.system32 AWTTSP.DLL

I ran spybot and it found some usuall offenders. I tried to go into the sys32 folder to manually remove the AWTTSP.DLL file and it would not let me. So I tried to restart my machine as the McAfee option offered to rescan upon start up, I did this and when I get to my password login screen before windows, all the text is in dingbats format and it wont accept my password.

I really dont know what to do next.

Please help me.

Simon
