AVG updates?

Have you tried Grisoft ?

Reply: Or if you need to update a machine with only dialup you can get the update via MajorGeeks - it still comes from Grisoft but it links direct.

It's a .bin file about 5Mb in size. Then just go to Update Manager, & point the update towards your download folder rather than Internet.
