AVG is apparently having server problems so if anyone wants to manually update do this. Download from here http://www.grisoft.com/doc/Updates/lng/us/tpl/tpl01
check the dates there will be 3 for June 16th and one for June 17th. Download the updates to your desktop.
Double click the AVG icon in the systray and click on update manager, properties and untick, Do not ask for update source. Apply and OK. Now click the update tab and click folder, choose Desktop to highlight and click OK, follow the instructions
