AVG rescue disks for XP

Can rescue disks be created with AVG? I don't see an option for that. I thought I read somewhere that they removed that option. I thought rescue disks were important.

I just installed AVG on a friends computer. During the setup it prompted to create a disk. The option is also available within the program.
