AVG Free 8.0 Won't Update

Hello all,
When AVG Free Edition 8.0 tries to update, the progress bar gets about half way through, and then it says the connection with the update server failed. Any help? Thanks in advance!

Having the same problem myself....
However, btw...I did note that this morning...ZoneAlarm was presenting an Allow/Deny prompt relating to AVG (the type message you get when an AVG update is significantly different...enough that ZA will no longer recognize it).
I assumed that it had earlier auto-updated to that point.
If other ZA users noticed the same...maybe the current update download issue is related to the previous update.
