Just to be double safe I purchased AVG Anti Virus + Firewall. Since I have Problems setting up the Firewall, I thought I contacted
"Grisoft" for Help since this is included in the Purchase. This was over a Week ago and no Answer as of Today. Can Anybody tell
me what they mean by PROFILE? This seams to be a vital Setting and even so I tried all the Options including Remove and Installed
the Program twice, I still get and Error on the Task Bar telling me the Firewall is not working correctly. Should have stayed with the free Version and the Zone Alarm Firewall! Thanks for any Reply.

Yes,

A profile in this sense relates to a 'network usage' profile. A home user would have different needs from a business user, etc.

So you probably need to either; choose a profile from some list, or create a profile prior to configuring it.

Hit F1 with your mouse over any item you need help on, should get you into the documentation where you need to look.

Cheers,

J.
