AVAST was locking up my computer

does anyone have a problem with avast locking up their computer at times...it dont do it everytime but it does it so im using AVG now

system restore dont work on my computer and i tried reinstalling and still locks up

Maybe someone will have some ideas but it is a sad fact of life that sometimes programs just happen to not mix well with some other program(s) on your machine. You might have to stick with AVG.

I tried avast and wasn't to impressed. Read the reviews for Nod32.I started using it and its been great.It only runs 2 processes and has updates almost every day.
