Avast detected suspicious file

Hi I have 2 questions here.
1) I have this Avast pop up:
"Avast! Warning Suspicious file found! A suspicious file has been detected (using a heuristic method). This may be a sign of malware infection. File Name: C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\ils.dll Type: Rootkit hidden process"
I've tried to delete it once and when I did a full scan after a restart as suggested by Avast, the problem comes back again.
2) I found this log_fs.log file in my c drive.It is 5,974 KB. When I opened it, it looks something like this: INFO 16:01:06 |
INFO | ====================================================
INFO | ============== LOGGER MACHINE INFO =================
INFO | ====================================================
INFO | __DATE__ [Oct 7 2007]

Can you help me? Please. Thanks in advance.

I too got the same warning from Avast this morning.
After the scan the warning re-appears.

I had to go to work so could not investgate any further today.

I anxiously await another's response to your post and will post back after I get to look into it further.

Thank you very much. Did a update of the Avast! and the problem is gone.
