Comment: If anyone can help with this problem I would greatly appreciate it!!.... I was using the program "Autoruns" to see which programs started up on my computer and i found "WININET.dll"/"regperv.exe".....I googled the term and it said something about it being unwanted so I searched my comp and it found about 6 or 7 locations in which this "WININET.dll"/"regperv.exe" was located....i went ahead and deleted them all....not knowing this was actually needed for the comp to work correctly!! now when I turn the comp on it gives me those messages with the red X saying something about certain applications not being able to start because they need the "WININET.dll"...AND I cant even go online!=[ im seriously stuck......Thanks!!
