Remove McAfee, then download and install Avast Home Edition v4.7. For more information about anti-virus software and their effectiveness in dealing with today's malware, please visit http://www.av-comparatives.org.

It might be my browser but I got a 404 on that link. I recall seeing it but the poster might not have done so.

Once AVG is installed and updated I would try and run it in safe mode. This will help to ensure proper removal of the virus. When your computer first boots up press F8 and boot and selct Safe Mode. Log in and then run the anti virus software. I would also do a spyware scan why you are there. For free anti-spyware softwre visit my site and select the downlaods tab then spyware software.

I also found from where it was transfered..??? (PEN DRIVE) so I disable USB and till now I was not sufered with this virus but there is another kind of virus doesn't let u see hidden files and folders.

... no matter kcha123, as we've seen no sign of the poster since 6 March I've assumed a little green gremlin jumped out of the machine, grabbed him by the throat and he's no longer with us. Or it could be just another ill mannered poster.
