If your computer is working fine in Safe Mode that means there is the problem with windows operating system and may be a virus problem. You should scan your computer with updated anti virus software of updated anti-spyware removal tools like Malwarebyte in Safe Mode.
You can download or install and update spyware removal tools from Safe Mode with Networking.
