Hi, I'm trying to get Auto protect to work again. I have done all the steps on the Symantec site to get it to work but it still won't work. Anybody have any solutions or had this problem before?

Also it says error in the email scanning area.

Any help would be much appreciated, keep up the good work guys.
Thanks,
~SS~

Norton Anti virus 2003 --btw

Am I still protected even though it's not enabled as long as I do scans periodically?

Thx again,

Give this a try...

How to uninstall Norton AntiVirus by using the Rnav2003.exe removal utility

And yes I have seen the problem many times on many different types of computers. The removal tool almost always correct the problem but not always.
